The Thai version is the legally binding text. This English translation is provided for convenience only; if the two differ, the Thai version prevails.
By using NetPan you accept the following terms.
What this service is
NetPan is a tool for recording and calculating your own investment portfolio data: portfolio value,
dividends, tax credit, and a buy plan based on targets you set yourself.
Not investment advice — NetPan is not an investment adviser, does not manage money
for you, and does not hold your cash or securities. All figures are calculated from the data you record
and from publicly available market data. Trading decisions are yours alone. Returns come from the
securities you hold, not from this service.
Every figure follows the criteria published on the
criteria and calculation page.
Your account
- During the pilot, sign-up is open only to those with an invite code.
- You must keep your password and two-factor codes secret, and you are responsible for activity
in your account.
- Do not use another person's account, or attempt to access another user's data.
Placing orders
- If you link a broker account, orders are sent using your own API key, and you must enter your PIN
every time.
- You review each item before confirming, and you are responsible for the orders sent.
- Order matching, fees and settlement are governed by your broker's own terms.
Data accuracy
Prices and dividends come from external sources. We cross-check sources to reduce errors, but we do not
guarantee accuracy or completeness. Before acting with real money, verify with your broker or an official
source.
Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the service running and correct, but we are not liable for losses arising from
investment decisions, from inaccurate data supplied by external sources, or from temporary service
interruptions.
Changes and termination
- We may improve the service or these terms, and will give notice of any significant change.
- You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or
endanger other users.
